LAND PRICES CONTINUE TO RISE
Terrell county hunting and recreational land is continuing a steady price increase.
Tracts at $300-$500 per acre are a bargain compared to surrounding Counties.
Finding 1000 to 5000 acres has become difficult.
There are currently several excellent small ranch buys (5000-7000 acres).
Finding a large ranch (15,000+ acres) has become rare.
South of Hwy 90 (mule deer territory), unimproved land averages $250-$300 per acre.
North of Hwy 90 (white-tail territory) averages $350 per acre.
Location, ease of access and improvements (water, power, fencing or a cabin)
command higher prices.
